• Manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software. • Monitor the performance, availability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure. • Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. • Ensure regular system backups are completed and support data recovery processes where required. • Maintain and monitor IT security measures to protect company systems and data. • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets. • Coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. • Support the implementation of new IT systems, infrastructure upgrades, and technology projects. • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, equipment, configurations, and procedures. • Liaise with external IT service providers and vendors where necessary. • Identify opportunities to improve IT systems, processes, and operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards. • Provide regular reports to management on IT operations, system performance, and infrastructure requirements. • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
