The role combines online marketing, physical outreach, and relationship-building to expand market presence and generate revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused, with strong networking skills and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.2. Online & Digital MarketingExecute online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.Join and engage in online communities relevant to target markets.Monitor digital trends and optimize campaigns for maximum reach.Generate online leads and nurture them into sales.C. Community Engagement & Market PenetrationBuild networks within estates, organizations, and local communities.Organize promotional events, activations, and roadshows.Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking forums.Strengthen brand presence in target areas.D. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing clients.Provide timely updates, feedback, and after-sales support.Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Support retention strategies to ensure repeat business.E. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare weekly and monthly sales reports.Track marketing campaign performance and ROI.Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualification 4. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Experience in online marketing and client-facing roles is highly preferred.Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.5.
