• Ensures all network risk areas are identified from Incidentreports analysed • Managed Service provider SLA Management and engagement • End to end Crisis management with root cause reports derivedand recommendations made Lead the identification of all Network and Operationalrisk areas • Develop and enforce risk management activities and Processes • Detect abnormal patterns (fuel theft, battery degradation,excessive generator runtime) and initiate mitigation actions. • Manage all service provider SLAs and other engagements (ISP,Managed Services, MNOs, etc) • Ensure and support all first level analysis and escalationof rising trends, repetitive incidents and/or early warning alarms • Produce high quality operational reports (SLA performance,site availability, MTTR, MTBF, incident trends). • Maintain accurate incident documentation and surveillancedashboards. • Lead operational audits and service quality reviews withinternal and external stakeholders (MNO partners, vendors, O&M partners). • Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or arelated field • Valid Driver’s License • Member of EIZ with a valid Practicing Certificate • Strong background in surveillance,operational assurance, or network operations • Experience with energy and siteinfrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., RMS & NMS)
