• Collaborate with the CEO to strategically plan HR initiatives that enhance efficiency and company culture. • Update, implement, and communicate company policies to all relevant employees. • Develop and maintain company D&G guidelines and ensure the employee handbook remains current. • Coordinate and oversee training programmes for new and existing employees. • Monitor employee progress and maintain awareness of company climate and culture. • Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments with employees, addressing grievances and challenges. • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in HR. • Experience with a large workforce of over 1500 employees • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven experience in mediation and conflict resolution. • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure. • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills. • Attentive listener with empathy and strong communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software programmes.
