Master’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in international development, humanitarian work, or a related sector; Proven leadership experience in managing multi-country programs and teams; Strong understanding of poverty alleviation, social justice, and human rights frameworks; Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages spoken in Ethiopia are a plus); Experience in resource mobilization and donor relations; Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multicultural environments; Commitment to Ayuda en Acción’s values of equity, inclusion, and non-partisanship.
