Quality and Safety Officer

Supports the Quality Assurance department at CCBRT Hospital in defining, coordinating, and controlling the Quality Management System (QMS). Leads and supports the implementation of 5S, KAIZEN, TQM, and Lean methodologies across the organization. Conducts internal audits, including 5S, KAIZEN, TQM, and Lean audits, and follows up on audit results. Assists in developing and implementing quality-related structures and processes, particularly in Nursing and Midwifery. Supports the Head of Quality Assurance in daily quality-related tasks, writes quality reports, and manages complaint processes related to quality. Monitors and assesses all levels and areas of the organization to ensure adherence to quality standards. Leads the CCBRT Quality Improvement Plan and Nursing & Midwifery audits. Supports scientific problem-solving processes and ensures the integration of QMS into the HMIS.

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field; minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, healthcare, or a related field; strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality improvement methodologies (5S, KAIZEN, TQM, Lean); experience in conducting internal audits and writing quality reports; ability to train and mentor staff on quality processes; familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
