Job Description
Designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for UNECA programs in Ethiopia. Conducting data collection, analysis, and reporting on program impact. Providing recommendations for program improvement and ensuring alignment with UNECA’s strategic priorities.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Evaluation, Social Sciences, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in program evaluation, research, or monitoring and evaluation. Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills. Experience in Ethiopia or similar contexts is preferred.
