Compensation & Benefits Mobile Implementation Officer (f/x/m) - MSF Belgium

Job Description

The Compensation & Benefits Mobile Implementation Officer (C&B MIO) plays a key role in supporting the implementation of new Rewards Review (RR) policies and deliverables, as well as mapping the current implementation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies across MSF OCB projects. The role involves working closely with HR Operations and C&B Advisors to define priorities, provide targeted support, and guide HR teams on the Global Rewards framework and existing C&B policies. The C&B MIO will train HRCOs and HR managers, actively coach HR Advisors, and gather feedback for data-driven policy improvements. The position requires proactive change management, including identifying risks and opportunities, considering social, legal, and financial implications, and communicating changes effectively. The role involves up to 70% mobility, with project visits depending on identified needs and the Rewards Review benefits roll-out schedule, ranging from one week to several months. The C&B MIO reports to the Country Coordinator for logistical, security, and administrative matters and to the HR Operations and C&B Advisor for work priorities and support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field; minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical and/or specialist HR function related to Compensation & Benefits; MSF experience is compulsory; MSF HRCo experience is a strong asset; in-depth knowledge of MSF HR processes and tools; innovative thinking and solution-oriented approach; ability to articulate complex messages to diverse audiences; collaborative team player with a deep understanding of organizational challenges and change processes; knowledge of MSF OCB internal HR tools is an asset; computer literacy (Microsoft 365 tools); proficiency in English or French, both written and spoken, is mandatory; proficiency in the second language is a strong asset; good knowledge of Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese is an asset.
