The Finance Associate will provide specialized support in accounting, finance, and budget management within the WBG Budget and Procurement Solutions Vice Presidency (WPB VPU). Primary responsibilities include managing financial data, ensuring compliance with budget/finance systems (particularly SAP), and conducting process analysis to improve efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple regions, including Cairo (Egypt), Manila (Philippines), Kigali (Rwanda), and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), to support financial operations and reporting. The position requires strong project management skills to deliver accurate financial insights and recommendations, contributing to the strategic goals of the World Bank Group. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or relevant discipline; 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance; good knowledge of budget/finance systems, especially SAP; experience in data management and process analysis; strong collaboration and project management skills; fluent in English with excellent communication skills; adherence to WBG Culture Attributes (sense of urgency, thoughtful risk-taking, empowerment and accountability).
