Field sales representative

We are seeking five dynamic Field Sales Representatives to join our team at FlysunBird, a division of Premier Air Limited. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting and demonstrating our products or services, and closing sales deals. The role involves regular travel within assigned territories to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in promotional activities. You will also be expected to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing excellent customer service and support. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industry; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; excellent negotiation and closing skills; willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories; valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
