• Support the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering classroom activities. • Assist in implementing lessons aligned with the Cambridge Curriculum. • Provide individual and small-group support to students to enhance learning outcomes. • Help maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. • Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events as required. • Assist with the preparation of teaching resources, displays, and learning materials. • Monitor student participation and progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher. • Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the Cambridge Curriculum (mandatory). • Relevant teaching qualification or certification. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good classroom management and organizational skills. • Passion for supporting teaching and learning. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
