• Reconcile payment, collection, and financial transactions across multiple systems and data sources. • Verify transaction accuracy and identify discrepancies, anomalies, or missing records. • Investigate and assist in resolving reconciliation exceptions and financial variances. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports and supporting schedules. • Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and audit trails. • Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses. • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes where required. • Perform data validation and quality assurance checks on financial information. • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure transaction integrity and reporting accuracy. • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and financial control activities. • Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening financial operations and reporting efficiency. • Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management. • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Recent graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
