Job Description
Mount Meru Hotel, a premier Five-Star Hotel in Arusha, is seeking an experienced Baker to join their Kitchen Department. The role involves preparing a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts to high standards of quality and presentation. The Baker will work under the supervision of the Head Baker and collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders, especially during peak service periods. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards, managing inventory of ingredients, and contributing to menu development when required. The position requires adherence to food safety regulations and a commitment to guest satisfaction through exceptional culinary output. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Requirements
4 to 5 years of relevant hospitality experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; immediate joiners will be given priority
