Tender Notice for Acquisition of 60HP MFWD Agricultural Tractors and Implements

This tender notice invites economic operators to submit bids for the acquisition of 60HP MFWD Agricultural Tractors and Tractor-Mounted Agricultural Implements as part of Project RWA/030, funded by the governments of Rwanda and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The contract involves the supply and delivery of goods with delivery terms including FCA (Departure Port), CPT (Mombasa), or DAP (Kinazi TSS, Gitwe TSS, and Mutobo TSS in Rwanda). The evaluation of bids will be based on the most economically advantageous tender considering price, administrative, and technical criteria under Incoterm CPT (Mombasa). The performance period varies by incoterm, ranging from two to five months, with a validity period of tenders set at 120 days from the submission deadline. A non-mandatory online information session will be held 14 days after the publication of this tender on 30th July 2026.

Economic operators must satisfy the criteria included in the statement of good standing and ethics clauses of the general regulations; variants will be considered; tenders must be submitted electronically in a zipped folder with dossier A-RWA030-2026-8500 and the tenderer’s identity in the subject line to the specified deposit area; written notifications and communications must be sent to rwanda@luxdev.lu; tenders must include a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value.
