Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to enhance online learning initiatives within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor online learning programs, ensuring quality and accessibility. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; minimum 3 years of experience in online education or digital learning; strong understanding of e-learning platforms and tools; excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
