• Manage the end-to-end delivery of software and ERP implementation projects. • Develop and maintain project functional & technical documentation, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. • Track and report project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. • Facilitate regular project review meetings with customers and internal teams. • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and escalations. • Manage the support services function to ensure prompt support is delivered to customers with quality assurance. • Ensure documentation, project charters, status reports, and customer sign-offs are maintained. • Implement and manage project tracking tools and reporting frameworks. • Coordinate project resources across multiple customer engagements. • Drive project closure and customer handover processes. • Produce weekly and monthly delivery reports for management. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field. • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technology or ERP implementation projects. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects handling multiple resources.
