IQVIA Ethiopia Job Vacancy 2026 – Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support clinical studies in Ethiopia, ensuring compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure protocol adherence, data quality, and patient safety. The CRA will support and track patient recruitment and enrollment, deliver study-related training, and maintain communication with site staff. Responsibilities include reviewing site documentation, ensuring TMF/ISF compliance, documenting monitoring activities, and collaborating with project teams for successful study execution. Additional duties involve supporting study start-up and site financial management activities.

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field (preferred); Minimum 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience; Specialization in oncology therapeutic experience required; Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations; Strong organizational and time-management abilities; Effective written and verbal communication in English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard technology tools; Ability to build strong relationships with sites, colleagues, and clients.
