• Strategic selling and solution-selling capabilities. • Strong negotiation, influencing, and account management skills. • Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop new business. • Strong pipeline management and project conversion experience. • Experience in channel partner development and market expansion. • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. • Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on long-term value creation. • Technical knowledge of LV Power Products, Control Gear, Final Distribution, Busway/Busduct Systems, and Power Distribution Solutions. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and matrix management capabilities. • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and stakeholders within the East Africa and MEA regions. • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant Engineering Discipline. • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Project Sales, and Electrical Distribution Solutions. • Strong understanding of the East African market for LV Power and Final Distribution Products. • Experience engaging consultants, EPC contractors, electrical contractors, and large end-user accounts. • Strong commercial, negotiation, account management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
