• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related discipline. • 5–10 years of experience in HVAC design and installation – at least 2 years in industrial or commercial-scale projects. • Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers • VRF/VRV systems • Ducted splits and AHUs • Cold room systems (temperature + humidity control) • Proficient in AutoCAD MEP, HVAC load calculation tools, and Microsoft Project or equivalent. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed. • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) • Performance-based bonuses • Career growth into Project Management or Engineering Director • Supportive, ambitious work culture • Training and certification opportunities with international HVAC brands
