• Educational qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business administration, or related field. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role or any warehouse-related role. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Skills & Competencies • Attention to detail and accuracy in keeping records up to date. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory/ERP systems • Good numerical and analytical skills for stock reconciliation and reporting • Physical stamina — ability to lift/move goods and stand for extended periods • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is often required or preferred) • Good communication and teamwork skills • Problem-solving ability, especially for stock discrepancies or logistics issues • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during peak periods
