Job Description

Accurately enter participant information and study data into electronic data capture systems in accordance with study protocols, SOPs, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements. Review Case Report Forms (CRFs), questionnaires, and source documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timely resolution of data discrepancies. Conduct routine data cleaning, validation, source data verification, and discrepancy resolution in collaboration with study nurses, laboratory staff, investigators, and the data management team. Maintain organized participant files, source documents, study logs, specimen tracking records, and other study documentation in compliance with study SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Track participant visit schedules, identify missing or overdue data, and generate routine data quality, recruitment, retention, and participant tracking reports to support study implementation. Support the maintenance of study databases, data management documentation, and the preparation of study reports, presentations, and data requests. Participate in study meetings, trainings, monitoring visits, audits, inspections, quality improvement activities, and the development and review of study SOPs. Ensure compliance with study protocols, institutional policies, ethical guidelines, data protection requirements, and perform any other study related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Statistics or any related field; Proficient in statistical packages such as Stata, R, SPSS, or SQL programming; Familiarity with data entry systems, databases, and software such as Inform, REDCap, Rave, or other basic database tools; Basic understanding of data quality assurance and data validation principles.
