Invitation to Tender for Provision of Indoor Play Equipment and Toys to Child Friendly Space in TVET Centers – Jubaland

ALIGHT Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the provision of indoor play equipment and toys to be installed in Child Friendly Spaces (CFS) within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) centers in Jubaland, Somalia. The selected vendor will be responsible for the supply, delivery, and installation of the equipment as per the specifications outlined in the tender documents. The contractor must adhere to the delivery lead time specified in the contract and ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements. Upon completion of the contract, the vendor will receive payment after 100% delivery and installation. The tender process is competitive, and only vendors meeting the qualification criteria will be considered.

A detailed list of at least three (3) similar contracts successfully completed for the supply of CFS Equipment (include client names, contract values, dates, and contact references); proposed delivery lead time for the CFS equipment (specified number of days from contract award to delivery); duly completed and signed priced quotation in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ); copies of current, valid licenses/registrations issued by the Federal Government of Somalia or relevant State/Member State authorities; current tax compliance certificates from federal/state levels; updated financial bank statement covering the last six (6) months.
