Internship Opportunities

The Graduate Intern position is part of the Judicial Service Commission's internship programme designed to provide recent graduates with practical work experience within Kenya’s Judiciary. Successful candidates will work under the supervision of experienced professionals across various departments and stations within the Judiciary. They will gain first-hand exposure to the day-to-day operations of the Judicial Service Commission and the Judiciary, supporting administrative, operational, and service delivery functions. Interns will develop practical competencies, including technical knowledge, workplace professionalism, communication, and teamwork skills. The role involves applying academic knowledge in practical work settings while interacting with experienced officers across different functions of the Judiciary. Key deliverables include report preparation, problem-solving, and contributing to team-based projects. The work environment emphasizes integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism in public service.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution; strong academic record; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); demonstrated interest in public service and the Judiciary; willingness to learn and adapt to a professional work environment.
