Partnerships Fellow
Job Description
The Partnerships Fellow will play a critical role in building and strengthening strategic partnerships to advance Catalyst Now's mission. This role involves identifying potential partners, developing partnership proposals, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational goals. The Fellow will conduct research on potential partners, attend partnership meetings, and contribute to the development of partnership strategies. Additionally, the role includes monitoring partnership performance, reporting on outcomes, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field; strong negotiation and communication skills; proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus); ability to work independently and manage multiple projects; familiarity with partnership management tools and CRM systems; experience in the non-profit or development sector is highly desirable.
