• Supporting recruitment and selection processes, including preparation of job advertisements, shortlisting, interview arrangements and onboarding. • Supporting the preparation and processing of employment contracts, extensions, renewals and related documentation. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files. • Supporting onboarding, induction and separation processes. • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field. • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources/People & Culture, preferably within an NGO or development organization. • Practical experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee records, contracts and other employee lifecycle processes. • Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment practices. • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. • High levels of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with HRIS systems is an added advantage. • Ability to work collaboratively with staff at different levels of the organization.
