HR Trainee

The HR Trainee Programme is a structured development initiative designed to guide trainees through a comprehensive learning pathway within the Human Resources field. Trainees will be introduced to the Sugar Industry and specifically to Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL), gaining exposure to technical, leadership, and business aspects of HR operations. The programme aims to equip participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills required to excel in human resources roles, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Trainees will work under the guidance of experienced HR professionals, participating in real-world projects and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment. This programme is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to build a career in human resources within the agricultural and industrial sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; strong interpersonal and communication skills; basic understanding of HR principles and practices; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment; willingness to learn and take initiative; no prior work experience required as this is a trainee programme.
