Regional Sales & Marketing Manager - Kigali Region

This role is responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives across the Kigali region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands. The position involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, and fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Key deliverables include achieving regional sales targets, expanding market reach, and enhancing brand visibility through targeted campaigns and initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with regional offices, headquarters, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies. Additionally, the manager will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role; proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams; strong analytical and strategic planning skills; proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is required; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
