• Provide field-level support for malaria case management, iCCM, HBM, and MiP. • Support CHWs and providers to follow national malaria guidelines and MFT protocols. • Participate in planning and delivering malaria prevention and surveillance activities. • Provide continuous technical assistance to health workers in identified hotspots to implement malaria interventions. • Assist health centers and community health workers staff through training and mentorship. • Strengthening community capacity for early malaria detection and prevention. • Monitor malaria trends and support community-based hotspot detection. • Participate in hotspot mapping and targeted interventions. • Support test-and-treat, referral strengthening, and outbreak response activities. • Train and mentor CHWs, health facility staff, CEHOs • Lead field-level malaria training and mentorship sessions • Conduct field visits to monitor malaria activities. • Ensure proper use of reporting tools, job aids, and malaria commodities. • Identify challenges and support corrective actions. • Diploma (A1) in Nursing, Clinical Medicine and Community Health
