Store Manager

To oversee daily retail showroom operations, maximize sales profitability, maintain impeccable inventory accuracy, and lead a customer-centric store team. The role involves driving sales by meeting and exceeding monthly store revenue, margin, and accessory attachment targets. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivating retail sales consultants and cashiers to ensure high performance. Inventory control duties include managing stock replenishment, preventing shrinkage, and overseeing weekly stock counts. Compliance management involves maintaining strict showroom cleanliness, security protocols, and financial cash-up auditing.
