Duties, Roles and Responsibilities - Receive structured, hands-on training and practical experience under the supervision of professionals and mentors in a chosen occupation or trade. - Develop essential workforce skills and enhance employability. - Contribute meaningfully to national development through assigned roles. - Build valuable networks with industry professionals. - Adhere to the work environment standards and requirements of the host employer.
Requirements
Open to Ugandan nationals; Minimum education level of O-Level or equivalent; Willingness to learn and adapt to workplace environments; No prior work experience required; Basic computer literacy is an added advantage; Must be physically and mentally fit to participate in practical training; Ability to work in teams and follow instructions; Commitment to completing the full duration of the apprenticeship program.
