• Prepare recommendations for law reform, including proposed (layman’s) Bills; • Review Bills and other subject matter referred to the Commission and provide technical input; • Ensure law reform outputs are informed by research findings and stakeholder input; • Participate in consultations and deliberative processes by providing technical input and clarification; • Supervise Research Officers and manage delivery of assigned outputs. • Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate • Bachelor’s degree in law; • Minimum five (5) years’ post-qualification experience in legal research or policy analysis.; • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal supervisory role, with demonstrated success in managing team performance, workflows, and operational delivery. • Legislative drafting experience is an added advantage.
