Territorial Business Manager

The Territorial Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations within a designated territory, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients. This role involves managing territory performance by setting and tracking business targets, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to achieve growth objectives. The manager will grow and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing client needs, and resolving issues promptly. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with branch teams to align operational activities with business goals, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and reporting on territory performance to senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, preferably in microfinance or financial services; Strong leadership and team management skills; Proven ability to achieve business targets and drive growth; Excellent communication and client relationship management skills; Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation; Experience in branch operations oversight and strategic planning; Familiarity with microfinance industry regulations and best practices; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
