Marketing Officers (Iganga)

Promoting Kray’s products and services in the field by conducting direct outreach and awareness campaigns to potential clients. Identifying and onboarding new clients in assigned territories through targeted marketing efforts and relationship-building initiatives. Conducting community outreach programs to educate target audiences about financial products and services offered by Kray Microfinance. Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs promptly. Meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment and sales targets through proactive business development strategies and follow-up mechanisms. Supporting basic administrative tasks as assigned, including documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Luganda (spoken and written); Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport; Prior experience in microfinance or financial services sector is an added advantage.
