• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems related to pumps, pipelines (HDPE & Steel), and dewatering infrastructure. • Problem-solving abilities in mechanical troubleshooting and system optimization. • Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling. • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of maintenance software is a plus. • 5 years’ experience in electrical pumping systems, installation, maintenance and operation. • 5+ Years experience in the operation and maintenance high TDH and volume diesel pumps. • Experience with powerlines and trolley assist installation (desired but not required) • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and standards related to mechanical dewatering systems and report hazards. • Equipment Management: Plan and conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for pumps, pipelines, and associated dewatering equipment. • Operational Monitoring: Track performance metrics for dewatering operations, ensuring equipment efficiency and reliability. Identify opportunities for mechanical improvements. • Field Coordination: Work closely with Mine Operations to coordinate dewatering activities and ensure mechanical reliability during critical operations. • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and operational efficiency. • Professional work ethic, self-motivated, and adaptable to multicultural environments. • Strong commitment to safety and mechanical operational standards.
