Remote - Full Time Marketer

As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of the company's growth strategy across both organic and paid channels. You will lead the end-to-end growth marketing initiatives for the mobile app, which has over 50 million downloads worldwide and is designed with a core focus on user privacy. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current user acquisition and revenue performance, identifying new revenue opportunities, and executing scalable marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to uncover high-leverage growth opportunities, optimize campaigns across paid channels, and improve organic visibility through App Store Optimization (ASO) and content strategy. Additionally, you will monitor, analyze, and report on key growth metrics to guide data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment and can direct their efforts toward high-value opportunities. 5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong background in mobile app growth; proven success in driving revenue through paid acquisition and organic strategies; fluent English communication skills; data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools; experience with A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization; self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment; passion for privacy-focused products is a plus
