Training and Curriculum Designer

To design and develop competency-based training programmes and instructional materials that support adult learning, enhance knowledge transfer, and strengthen programme capacity through effective learning solutions. Responsibilities include designing competency-based curricula and learning materials, developing facilitator guides, participant manuals, and visual learning resources, adapting training materials for adult learners and rural communities, supporting Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes, and evaluating and improving training content using participant feedback. The role requires a strong understanding of participatory adult learning methodologies, experience in instructional design, and excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years' experience in curriculum and training programme development; Strong understanding of participatory adult learning methodologies; Experience developing instructional materials and facilitation resources; Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
