Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, generating sales opportunities, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also supports business growth through market outreach, customer engagement, and effective sales follow-up activities. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling products/services to existing and potential customers, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads and converting prospects into sales, preparing quotations, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. The role also involves achieving assigned sales targets, contributing to business growth, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, preparing periodic sales reports and market feedback, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services. The Sales Representative will represent the company professionally and maintain positive customer engagement.

Diploma or BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field; Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience for a diploma and 1 year of experience for a Bachelor's degree in sales, customer service, business development, or a related position; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Good negotiation and persuasion abilities; Customer-focused and results-oriented approach; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Basic analytical and problem-solving skills; Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are advisable.
