• To identify and track funding opportunities from government, private and international sectors • Co-ordinate grant proposal development processes and budget and financial planning for proposals • Serve as liaison between the College and external stakeholders as well as foster sound relationships with funding agencies and strategic partners • Monitor compliance of funded projects as well as prepare progress reports • Train staff in grant writing, fundraising and project management • Full Form 5/ Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent • Master’s Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business or a related field • A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in research co-ordination or academic environment as well as a demonstrable record of research publications • Strong proposal writing and fundraising skills • Project Management and reporting skills • Financial Literacy and compliance knowledge • Excellent networking and communication skills
