• Team coordination: Oversee and allocate field activities to Customer Insights & Growth Officer(s), measured through completion of field plans, reporting quality and achievement of regional objectives. • Functional Competencies Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field. • 3-5 years’ experience in retail marketing, FMCG, trade marketing, sales or retail operations. • ZAQA-certified qualifications. • Must have skills Experience coordinating multi-site retail execution, activations or merchandising programmes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, customer and market data. • Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
