Grants, Fundraising & Partnership Officer

CoRSU Hospital is a specialized rehabilitation hospital established in 2009 as a local NGO in Uganda, dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. The Grants, Fundraising & Partnership Officer will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to secure funding, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the hospital's fundraising capacity. Key responsibilities include researching and identifying potential grant opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals, managing donor relationships, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. The officer will also collaborate with senior management to align fundraising initiatives with the hospital's strategic goals, report on funding progress, and maintain transparency with stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to networking, strong grant writing skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Social Sciences, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in grants management, fundraising, or partnership development; proven track record of securing grants from international donors, foundations, or corporate entities; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong research and analytical abilities; proficiency in proposal writing and donor reporting; experience with budget management and financial tracking; ability to work independently and as part of a team; familiarity with Ugandan and international NGO funding landscapes is an advantage.
