Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management; proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar); strong knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls; excellent numerical and analytical skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; fluency in English (written and verbal); familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and donor reporting requirements is a plus.
