• Support the development of structured finance solutions to enhance client relationships and profitability. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements. • QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education Minimum of a first degree in a business-related field from a recognized University with at least a Credit or better. • Professional Certifications Professional certifications in Credit Analysis or Banking (added advantage). • Mining sector knowledge or certification (added advantage). • Experience Minimum 8+ years’ experience in banking or financial services. • Proven experience in relationship management at a senior level. • Knowledge of Zambia’s mining regulatory framework and ESG standards.
