Junior Accountant

Our client, in the manufacturing and production sector, seeks dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountants to join their finance team. The ideal candidates will support day-to-day financial operations through tasks such as data entry, debt collection, stock control, and branch reconciliations. This role is well-suited for individuals looking to grow their accounting careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Accurately and promptly enter financial transactions into the system - Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments and collections - Monitor and control stock records to ensure accuracy - Perform branch reconciliations to support financial integrity - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and required documentation - Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and regulatory standards - Provide general support to the finance team on related assignments

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills will be considered) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commonly used accounting software - Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail - Effective communication abilities, especially for debt follow-ups - The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
