• Lead the administration, support and continuous improvement of the organisation’s ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Evolution and supporting modules • Manage and support all commercial ICT systems, ensuring high availability, reliability and optimal performance across retail operations. • Lead the successful delivery of ICT requirements for new store openings, relocations and retail technology deployments. • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Azure and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring secure identity, access and cloud resource management. • Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports and database solutions to support business operations, reporting and system integrations. • Lead and participate in ICT projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades, system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives. • Manage ICT budgets, vendors and third-party service providers to ensure projects and services are delivered within scope, budget and agreed service levels. • Ensure business systems comply with ICT governance, cybersecurity standards, business continuity requirements and regulatory obligations. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to ICT team members while building strong relationships with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
