Sales & Business Development Executive Job at Rendor Estates – July 2026 Position: Sales & Business Development Executive Rendor Estates start-up based in Dar es Salaam is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive / Business Development Officer to help drive sales, expand our client base, and contribute to the growth of the business Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Promote and market available properties to prospective buyers and tenants. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information. Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, property tours, and promotional events. Requirements: Passion for the real estate industry. Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable speaking on camera, with the ability to present and explain property features effectively. Proficient in social media and digital marketing platforms.
