ā¢ Full Grade 12 Certificate. ā¢ Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent. ā¢ Certification in HIV Care and ART Management. ā¢ Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ). ā¢ At least two (2) years post-qualification experience, preferably in HIV/TB care. ā¢ Ability to prepare comprehensive nursing/clinical reports. ā¢ Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages. ā¢ Integrity, confidentiality, empathy, counselling and interpersonal skills.
