Job Description
To provide specialized support for efficient planning, monitoring, and analysis of project financial performance to enhance optimal use of financial resources. The role involves reviewing budget plans, monitoring and analyzing project financial performance, and making recommendations in compliance with WFP financial policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive analysis on fund and grant balances to identify surpluses and deficits, suggesting corrective measures to support maximum fund utilization, and supporting financial analysis and optimization of resources. The position requires collaboration with teams to ensure financial data is presented in an easy-to-interpret manner for various audience needs. Requirements
Bachelor Degree; 3 - 5 Years of experience; Experience performing analytics of medium complexity and presenting information to meet various audience needs; Experience preparing, managing, and reporting on operational budgets; Experience working with large datasets and extracting information in an easy-to-interpret manner; Strong collaboration, communication, and computer skills; Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset); Commitment to WFP's values and principles.
