Quality and Safety Officer

CCBRT is seeking a dedicated Quality and Safety Officer to ensure compliance with national and international standards in healthcare services. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems, conducting regular audits, and providing training to staff on safety protocols. The officer will work closely with the management team to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain accreditation standards. This position is crucial in supporting CCBRT's mission to provide accessible specialized health services and prevent lifelong disabilities, particularly in maternal and newborn healthcare. The role requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement and adherence to ethical practices in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or safety management within a healthcare setting; strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to conduct audits and risk assessments; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; fluency in English and Swahili; strong communication and teamwork abilities.
