Finance Tools Specialist

The Finance Tools Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, deployment, support, and continuous improvement of finance tools such as UniField and WeFin across MSF Ubuntu. The role combines finance expertise, ERP systems knowledge, business process design, and user enablement to ensure finance systems effectively support operational and strategic objectives. The position acts as a key liaison between Finance, HR, Supply, IT, and Country Program teams, translating business requirements into effective system configurations, standardized processes, practical solutions, and sustainable ways of working. Additionally, the role leads user training, capacity building, documentation, and adoption of finance systems across the organization. The specialist designs and delivers face-to-face, virtual, and on-the-job training for finance system users, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of these tools in daily operations.
