BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields; 3 years of banking operation experience, of which 2 years must be as a Branch Banking Officer; competencies in branch operations, sales and marketing, customer experience, IFB product knowledge, and problem identification and solution; mandatory communication skills; proficiency in Amharic, Afar, and English (additional languages are a plus).
